How to order FZGEAR products? 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer International First Class Shipping with FedEx or DHL.

Are all items in stock?

Usually all items are in stock but the quantities may differ among the items. If an item is no longer available in stock, the item will be stated as ‘SOLD OUT’. Any issue regarding the availability upon purchased items, please do inform us for rectification.

Do you ever restock your clothing?

Yes, we do restock for normal collections for a certain time period or due to popular demand. However, restocks are very unlikely for limited releases collections.

Do you have a physical store?

At this point in time, our store is only operating via online basis.

How long will receive my package once purchased made?

Please refer to our shipping policy page.

Do I need to be a registered member to make a purchase?

Yes, it is mandatory to register as a member prior to making your purchases. All members information will be kept confidential. ie..By Joining our mailing list :)

What are my payment options?

Our payment options available are Paypal and Direct Bank Transfer at the moment.

Paypal: All payments to be made via your credit/debit card or Paypal account. 

Bank Transfer: Allow payments via online internet banking options such as CIMB Click and Maybank2u for domestic customers.
