All item(s) are allow for exchange (subject to availability) and are not refundable. Items must be returned with their original tags still intact and packaging within 10 days of receipt (21 days for International customers). Only damaged/faulty item(s) can be refunded. All returns of item(s) are shipped at own cost.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of item(s) where it is apparent that the product has been washed or worn repeatedly.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Please refer to the sizing chart to ensure the garment you are purchasing is the correct fit for you.
If you receive damaged packaging during the transportation process, you must notify us immediately at our email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Our service team will assist you in identifying and confirming the damage to your item(s). Once we are satisfied with your damage claim, we will ship you a replacement free of charge (subject to availability) or issue you a refund. Our service team has the right to reject any claims of damage.
