What are the shipping & handling charges?

Domestic Shipment: Shipping is charged at RM10.00 (we use Poslaju as our domestic courier partner.)

Singapore & Brunei Shipment: Shipping is charged at $6.70- $8.0 (approx. RM28-RM34)

International Shipment : Shipping is charged at $8.5 - $17 (approx. RM36-RM72)

International Shipment : (express): DHL OR FedEx

When do I pay for the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on your ORDER upon confirmation via either fzgearofficial@gmail.com or +6 0102109044. The amount is payable via mentioned contact through paypal or direct bank in (website transaction currently not available)

When will the order be processed for shipment?

All orders are verified, picked, packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. When the package goes out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/text.

How long will it take for my shipment to arrive?

Malaysia: Approximately 2-4 business days (additional days required for East Malaysia)

Singapore: Approximately 3-10 business days

International order: May take up to 14-20 business days (depending on destination) 

International (express): DHL OR FedEx May take up to 3-4 business days

How can you track your order?
